Emails and Mailing lists

Any email addresses received are stored locally on a computer not connected to our web servers in many misdirecting password protected files. If the security of our web sites is violated, the culprits will not find any useful information. When we do post a mailing list we use a separate mail server and post the list for only as long as it takes to send all of the emails. We then delete the mailing list from all records of that server. We also monitor the email traffic from the server while it is sending to make sure that everything is ok. If something goes wrong we immediately pull the plug.

Credit card information

We store no credit card information in any form. All online transactions are done through Paypal and Saratogadirect.com. They are the leading online transaction providers. We let the experts do what they do best.

Cookies

The only cookie information that we retain of our customers is the location of your IP address.This way we can see where traffic comes from and goes to. This helps in our online marketing strategies.
